| 【Indication】 | This product is used in combination with dexamethasone to treat adult patients with previously untreated multiple myeloma who are not candidates for transplantation. This product is used in combination with dexamethasone to treat adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one previous therapy. |

| 【Dosage and Administration】 | Therapeutic dosing must be initiated and provided under the supervision of a physician with experience in the treatment of multiple myeloma. This product should not be initiated if the patient has an absolute neutrophil count (ANC) < 1.0×109/L and/or a platelet count < 50×109/L.
Recommended Dose The recommended starting dose of this product is 25mg, Take 25mg of this product orally every day on days 1 to 21 of each repeated 28-day cycle until disease progression. The recommended dose of dexamethasone is 40mg orally on days 1, 8, 15, and 22 of each 28-day treatment cycle. The prescriber should select the starting dose and subsequent dose adjustment of dexamethasone according to the patient's age (see Table 1).
